Carrot cake

Carrot cake, but as a chunky cookie. A cozy treat with grated carrot, warm spices and walnuts, for a moment of enjoyment that is just a little different.

Make a cup of coffee or tea, take a seat at the table and make your break something special. Delicious to share with others or keep all to yourself.
